The support herb is about 30% of the mix and is selected primarily for its therapeutic benefits, leaving the base to handle the burning. The final part is all about the flavor, making up the smallest portion of the blend. For our blend, we use equal parts Peppermint and Lavender, which give it that distinctive taste.
